It is important to ensure that your site is clean and having properly trained, motivated and uniformed cleaning staff is paramount. All staff will receive a formal site induction to include COSHH and manual handling training as a minimum. All our sites receive Quality Checks on a regular basis by a regional manager.We can also provide full or part time caretakers to manage your landscaping and maintenance needs. Only high calibre staff are considered for this important position. They will be fully trained in health and safety and have the ability to carry out Risk Assessments on their duties before start of any projects they may undertake.The operatives also act as your “eyes and ears” in respect of the site when carrying out their duties and will report back any incidents or concerns that may arise. These are then reported on to the client using our formal reporting procedures.
